Neymar to Be Sidelined By Al-Hilal – The Star Is a Transfer Selection in January
After picking up an injury against Uruguay, the Brazilian star Neymar is likely to be released by Al-Hilal. According to sources, the Hilali side are looking for a replacement. Neymar, 31, will probably miss the whole season because of a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament.
Neymar joined the Saudi side in 2023 from PSG. The Brazilian star was deemed to be a contender for the Ballon d’Or but failed to live up to expectations.
Moreover, Jorge Jesus, the head coach of Al-Hilal, has decided to bolster the team by bringing in an international left-back. Nonetheless, if Neymar returns to full fitness, he will be re-welcomed into the squad for the 2024-25 season.
The Brazilian star has yet to score his first goal for Al-Hilal. At the moment, there are no potential candidates in Europe who are willing to sign Neymar on a long-term transfer.
