Anderson Talisca is one such player currently playing his trade in the Saudi Pro League with Al-Nassr. Not many people kept tabs on the player before Cristino Ronaldo’s mega move to Al-Nassr.
But Talisca has not shrunk in the glare of the global attention brought by the massive changes and the meteoric rise of the league; instead, he is thriving alongside the former Real Madrid and Manchester United player.
Although Cristiano Ronaldo is the leading man for this Al-Nassr team, Talisca has emerged as one of the better-performing and influential players alongside the Portuguese captain.
Talisca’s upturn in form has also seen the Al-Nassr form turn for the better as they have shot up the table and advanced their title credentials as they fight it out with Al-Hilal at the top of the Saudi Pro League.
After scoring a hat-trick against Al-Duhail, Talisca said, “I have a wonderful relationship with both Al-Nassr and its fans.
“They are well aware of the fact. I was a club member during a period of transformation in Al-Nassr. I am really proud of the fact I was part of the club’s growth to the point where it is now considered one of the largest in the world.”
He is enjoying his form currently, and Al-Nassr are reaping the rewards.
