Lewandowski to the Saudi Pro League? Robert Lewandowski is Attracting Interest from the Middle East Ahead of the Winter Window

Saudis Looking into the Possibility of a Deal for Lewandowski

Reports indicate that Saudi clubs are interested in Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski. The Polish is under contract at the La Liga champions that is valid until 2025. This has left it open in the market for interested clubs.

At least four clubs from Saudi Pro League approached Lewandowski for a deal this summer. However, the former Bayern Munich striker turned the offers down in favor of staying at Barcelona.

Lewandowski joined Barcelona from Bayern Munich in the summer of 2022 on a three-year deal, which means that heading into 2024, he will have just a year left on his deal.

For now, the Polish attacker is happy to stay at Barcelona and help the team fight to retain their La Liga title and make an impact in the Champions League.

The Catalan club will monitor Lewandowski’s commitment and performance at Barcelona to extend his contract or cash in if an offer is made from Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi Pro League clubs will remain interested and are set to firm up their interest in the player through robust offers once the winter transfer window opens.
