Saudi Pro League 2024/25 Fixture Announced

Fans in Saudi Arabia are already thrilled for the new Pro League season. The fixture has just been announced with small changes and it will certainly make the campaign more exciting for viewers.

The season will consist of 306 matches, kicking off on August 22, where reigning champions Al Hilal will face Al Akhdoud. Another highlight will be a match between Al Ittihad and Al Kholood. They are the newcomers to the Pro League and will try to fight for the higher goals.

Al Ahli will also face newcomers Al Orobah. In the meantime, Cristiano Ronaldo will aim to repeat the goalscoring feat he achieved last season. 

The major change in the upcoming campaign is the introduction of “magic rounds”. Officials think it will draw international attention towards the important games. During these weeks, we will see the following derbies: Al Hilal vs Al Nassr, Al Ittihad vs Al Ahli and Al Ettifaq vs Al Qadsiah.

There will be no matches during the final 10 days of Ramadan. It is made sure that the holy month is respected.
