The 2024 edition of the Euros will take place from June 14th to July 14th in Germany. Having recruited top talent from Europe in the last few transfer windows, Saudi Pro League clubs will be represented in the tournament with 15 players from seven different SPL teams being named in their respective national team squads.

Al Nassr and Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo is leading the charge for the Saudi Pro League. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner has had a stellar season at the individual level, with 33 league goals, a testament to his enduring skill and dedication.

However, those goals haven’t been enough to secure any silverware for his team. As he joins the Portugal national team camp for preparations, he will be hoping for a change in luck and a chance to make a significant impact in Euro 2024. Fellow Al Nassr player Otavio and Al Hilal’s Ruben Neves are also joining him for national duty.

In addition to Ruben Neves, the newly crowned Saudi Pro League champions, Al Hilal will have Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and club topscorer Aleksandar Mitrovic donning the Serbian jersey at Euro 2024.

Relegation strugglers Al Okhdood have not been left behind, with three players called up to their respective national teams for the continental tournament. Romania has named Florin Tanase and Andrei Burca in its squad, while Georgia will call on Solomon Kvirkvelia.

Other players include Georginio Wijnaldum (Netherlands, Al Ettifaq), Jack Hendry (Scotland, Al Ettifaq), Merih Demiral (Turkey, Al Ahli), Nicolae Stanciu (Romania, Damac), and Al Ittihad’s World Cup winner N’Golo Kante who is being recalled to the French squad after showing consistency this season.
