New Fenerbahçe Manager Jose Mourinho Targets Al Nassr’s Anderson Talisca

Anderson Talisca Points To the Al Nassr Badge After Scoring a Goal in A Past Match

With Al Nassr set to be busy in the transfer market, they will need to say goodbye to some of their current players to make room on the foreign players’ list. Anderson Talisca has emerged as one of those players likely to leave, and Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahçe are reportedly interested in the Brazilian forward.

With elections to determine who will be in charge of transfers at Fenerbahçe due soon, one of the frontrunners, Aziz Yildirim, revealed that Talisca was on the club’s list of targets: “I mentioned the players. We said Lukaku. We said Dybala and Talisca. We keep the rest for ourselves. I’ll tell you after I am elected.

However, of the three, Talisca is the only one Jose Mourinho has not ruled out. During the press conference at his unveiling, Mourinho responded to questions on transfer targets, saying, “I have zero interest in every player or any player from AS Roma, zero interest.” Lukaku and Dybala played for the Portuguese manager at AS Roma in the 2023-24 season, ruling them out as possible transfer targets.

On his part, Talisca had a decent season at Al Nassr, finishing the season with 16 goals, an impressive feat given that he only made 17 appearances. With a muscle injury sidelining him for most of the season, he could not make more contributions. Talisca is said to be open to a move should the club decide to sell him, and he would be open to a move outside the Saudi Pro League.
