Al Nassr Brand Value Report Ranks It as the Seventh Most Visible Football Brand Worldwide
Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr has released a report valuing the club’s brand visibility at $680 million over the past year. The Saudi Pro League side has been a major hit on social media ever since the five-time Ballon d’Or winner joined them.
Since joining Al Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo has made 70 appearances and scored 64 goals. In the 2023-24 season, the Portuguese international broke the record for most goals scored in a single season when he finished the season with 35 goals.
With no signs of slowing down, Cristiano Ronaldo’s efforts have ensured a captive audience that has done wonders for Al Nassr’s brand value. In Saudi Arabia, Al Nassr is the top-valued club, with Al Hilal in a distant second with a brand visibility valuation of $354 million. Karim Benzema’s closes the top three with a $73 million brand visibility valuation.
On the global stage, Al Nassr is in good company with Real Madrid (La Liga), Barcelona (La Liga), Galatasaray (Turkish Super League), Liverpool (English Premier League), Manchester City (English Premier League), and Manchester United (English Premier League) taking the top six positions. Others in the top ten include Chelsea (English Premier League), Bayern Munich (Bundesliga), and Inter Miami (Major League Soccer).
In the past year, Al Nassr’s social media posts have attracted 1.178 billion engagements and helped add 60 million more followers across 15 social media platforms. The club achieved all that while finishing second in the SPL, so it seems that Al Nassr’s brand value has the potential to increase if the team wins silverware in the upcoming 2024-25 season.
